On the dessert menu, we have two gorgeous and super delicious options: the Brown Eyed Baker made a spectacular and colorful Neapolitan Cake, while Jessica from How Sweet It Is baked lovely Fluffy Lemon Cupcakes with Whipped Coconut Cream. What could be better than fabulous and flavorful sweet creations?
Moving on to savory choices, Bill smoked a full rack of pork at Three Dogs BBQ and Jessica from How Sweet It Is has already geared up for Memorial Day with mouthwatering Saucy Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Linda from Dinner Plan-it cooked traditional New Orleans Red Beans, Rice & Greens, whereas Culinary Cory increased his vegetable intake with these bright Oven Dried Cherry Tomatoes.
On the restaurant scene, Yum Yum revisited Osteria 2350, D&T: in the burgh dined at Pusadee’s Garden in Lawrenceville, and Chew me! took a road trip to Cleveland to eat at Flipside, the West Side Market and Michael Symon’s B Spot and Lolita.
